- Improved well-being and quality of life
The Process
Initial Assessment
We will get to know you and your child on our first visit. This includes gathering medical history, discussing goals (of both the child and the parent/guardian), and completing relevant measurements and tests to assess your child’s physical function.
Treatment/Support Plan
We will create a support plan based on the individual needs and goals of your child in collaboration with you. This includes discussing your preference for the location of the session (park, gym, or home visit) and how many sessions will be completed within the duration of your child’s NDIS plan.
Commence exercise physiology sessions
An individualised exercise program is created and tailored to be safe and effective for your child’s individual needs and goals.
Monitoring and Review
Regular reviews are made to ensure your program remains effective and relevant to you and your child’s goals as they progress and grow.
