Exercise Physiology for NDIS

Why Exercise?

Exercise plays an important role in supporting those with disabilities by improving independence, physical function, strength, fitness, mental health and & promoting long term health & wellbeing.

Unfortunately, compared to those without disabilities, people with disabilities are:

  • 7 times more likely to be obese
  • 3 times more likely to have three or more long term health conditions
  • Reporting frequent mental distress almost 5 times as often

This is where an exercise physiologist can help!

We are a proud NDIS Registered Provider

Who can we help?

Our programs use an evidence-based approach and can help those with disability including, but not limited to:

  • Physical health conditions: MS, spinal cord injury, stroke, CP, brain injuries, Parkinson’s, amputations.
  • Mental health conditions: Depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder.
  • Intellectual Disabilities: ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, global developmental delay.

We work with a range of ages, from children & adolescents to adults and older adults.
