Jess Darmago is an Exercise Physiologist with over 5 years of experience in the industry. She graduated from the University of Western Australia, completing her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Bachelor of Science (Physiology & Sport Science).
Jess has been training Martial Arts for over 15 years with a black belt in Taekwondo and has won gold in multiple WA State Championships and tournaments in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Taekwondo. Growing up she represented WA in both soccer and futsal, and still enjoys playing at the highest level in WA.
She is passionate about helping her clients strive for their goals and enjoys seeing them improve grow.
